Freya Prumm is a professional surfer, pharmacist, and hybrid athlete dedicated to pursuing peak performance in and out of the water. Growing up in a small coastal town, she overcame a fear of being under water to chase her dream of competing at the top level of women’s surfing. A skilled and soulful musician, Freya balances her athletic career with a Master’s in Integrative Medicine, inspiring others through her journey of resilience, creativity, and authenticity.
